MeetApps will detect any meeting from the following 8 platforms in your Google Calendar.
Yes, a notification appears a few minutes before a meeting is started, clicking on that notification will launch the meeting.
The notification time can be configured in settings.
In your chrome browser, if you see a puzzle icon in the top right corner, click on it. A list of your installed extensions will appear,
click on the pin icon next to MeetApps. Now you can easily check your schedule and know when your upcoming meeting is.
MeetApps doesn’t collect any data other than the customer’s email address which is used for licensing purposes.
Once customers authorize from Google, users’ computers and their Google Calendars communicate directly.
Click on the extension icon shows a list of upcoming meetings. Please note that the rejected meetings and the ones
which don’t have any meeting URL will not be listed
MeetApps integrates with Google Calendar and lists upcoming online meetings from multiple platforms.
Direct integration with individual platforms is not supported due to privacy issues.
Just by a glance to the extension icon, users can know when their next meeting is. For example, 13m means the next
meeting is about to start in 13 minutes and Meeting our all world available here
Clicking on any event in the extension will launch the meeting. You don’t have to go to your Google Calendar, search
for the meeting, search for a meeting URL in the event and click on it. Clicking on an event in MeetApps will directly
open the meeting URL.
